my question is that b4 a musaafir returns to his home ,he stops at a relatives place but within the boundries of his town…can he make qasar?.. wslm

When a Musaafir returns home from a journey, the moment he enters the boundary of his home town or city, the obligation of performing Qasar Salaah terminates, whether or not he reached his own home.
