Question
I get a similar experience in sajdah when i do tasbeeh, i get a whisper in my mind if sareeh words, i don’t know why, thereafter i think did i just say it loud? But i am sure i was just praying Tasbeeh. Could you explain to me the ruling in such scenarios? And what is the cure to OCD , Doubts and waswis in islam?
It causes me serious anxiety and grief, it makes it hard for me to pray Quran , dhikr e jehri and salaat etc.

Whilst i was performing sajdah , i in my mind thought of a sareeh word , however i am unsure if i vocalized it, rather as far as i can recall i was praying tasbeeh . What is the ruling here?

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
The various thoughts you refer to does not affect your marriage. To say something in the mind also does not affect the nikah. Be rest assured that your marriage is intact. You should not have any doubt regarding that. [1]
