Question:
Is it kufr to say “I could take a picture of you” to an unveiled woman?
Answer:
In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
It is not permissible to take pictures of non-Mahram women. However, the above statement does not constitute Kufr.
