Is it permissible for a person have conjugal relations with his wife before Sehri and take a bath after Sehri?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by TheMufti.com

Q. Is it permissible for a person have conjugal relations with his wife before Sehri and take a bath after Sehri?

A. It is permissible for husband and wife to engage in conjugal relations from sunset until Subah Sadiq (true-dawn). Hence, it will be permissible for husband and wife to engage in conjugal relations before Subah Sadiq (true-dawn) and take a Ghusal after Subah Sadiq (true-dawn). However, one should take a Ghusal at the earliest convenient time as to not delay the Fajr Salaah. (Al-Bahrur-Raa’iq 2/293)
