Is it permissible for a Muslim working at a fuel station to fuel trucks transporting alcohol?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by TheMufti.com

Q. I am working at a fuel station as a manager and it came to my notice that we fuel trucks transporting alcohol branded on the truck. Should I continue to fuel them or stop?

A. As a manager of a fuel station, your responsibility would primarily be the running of the fuel station. In doing so, cars, trucks etc. would use the fuel station to fill their cars, trucks etc. with fuel.

The manner in which the driver/company of the car, truck etc. conducts or uses its vehicle is not your responsibility. It is the responsibility of the driver/company. Hence, it will be permissible for you to work as a manager at the fuel station and your income will be Halaal.
