I have given a person 2 lakh rupees. At present I am out of nisaab amount in my hands. Do I have to present qurbani being wajib on me?

The answer to your question is as follows:
You own the required nisaab for Qurbani though it is not in your hands and you have right to claim. In shariah, you are regarded the owner of Nisab. So you are obliged to do Qurbani.
