1) My parents didn’t carry my circumcision at my childhood, and i got married .After marriage a few months later i went to muslim doctor and carried circumcision.During this period the contact with my wife would be zina or it would be halaal for us.Kindly just let me know .

As-salaamu `alaykum wa-ramatullahi wa-barakatuh.
In principle, circumcision is a sunnah act and encouraged. However, if one`s circumcision is not done that does not affect the halaal relationship between a husband and wife. The relationship between the husband and wife whilst the husband was uncircumcised will be halaal.[1]

حكم الختان
29677 – قال أصحابنا [رحمهم الله]: الختان سنة مؤكدة. وأصحابنا بخراسان يقولون: إنه واجب، وليس بفرض.
29678 – وقال الشافعي: فرض.
29679 – لنا: ما روى أبي المليح عن أبيه عن شداد بن أوس أنه – صلى الله عليه وسلم – قال: (الختان سنة في الرجال، مكرمة في النساء).
29680 – فإن قيل: السنة ما وضع ليقتدي به، وهذا موجود في الواجب.

إذا بلغ حد الشهوة (تبتاع له أمة تختنه من ماله) لتكون أمته أو مثله (ويكره أن يختنه رجل أو امرأة) احتياطا ولا ضرورة، لان الختان عندنا سنة (وإن لم يكن له مال فمن بيت المال

(و) الاصل أن (الختان سنة) كما جار في الخبر (وهو من شعائر الاسلام) وخصائصه (فلو اجتمع أهل بلدة على تركه حاربهم) الامام، فلا يترك إلا لعذر وعذر شيخ لا يطيقه ظاهر (ووقته) غير معلوم، وقيل: (سبع) سنين.

وقيل: عشر، وقيل: أقصاه اثنتا عشرة سنة، وقيل: العبرة بطاقته وهو الاشبه.
