My father died on 23rd July 2013, leaving behind him as his heir, his wife, his daughter through his 1st wife, one son and three daughters through his second wife, I want to know how the shares will be divided, in what percentage, Please advice. The first wife died in the lifetime of father, but the second wife is alive. The grandfather and grandmother died before the death of father.

In the above mentioned question, the inheritance of your father shall be divided into 48 shares. Out of the total the wife shall get 6 shares, his son shall get 14 shares and 7-7 shares shall go to each daughter (the daughters of two wives). The detail of Shariah division is as follows:
Details:
Wife: 1×6=6
Son: 1×14=14
Daughters: 4×7=28
Total 48
