The issue is about my cousin;s parents, five years have passed since his  father used clear words to divorce his mother in totaly drunk state. The reason was nothing behind the divorce, even his dad fought with him too. But on the same day when he was totaly in senses he apologised for all that he had done to them. But his mother considers that the divorce has taken place and they cannot get unite again.. His Father is still struggling to reunite themselves.

Aslam u Alykum  I was married in 2001 first time, in 2008 i came to know my wife has cheated me, i have two kids earlier, in 2008 my wife birth a baby that was due to illeagle relation with my cusion brother, wife admited her mistake and asked to forgive, my parents requested not to devorce, i accepted their decsion and requested i will marry to another girl, i was married in 2009 again, life have beocme worst after the second merrage, 2nd wife who knows before marrige that i am married earlier, is forcing me to devorce first wife, i cant do it due to multi reasons, my two kids from first wife and she is my cussion too, i love very much with second wife, i have a cute son from her, i dont want to devorce any one, but some times due to continues tention i thought to devorce 2nd wife, kindly guide me in light of Quran and Hadees what i should do in this situation? regards

I’ve been told that premartial relationships are haram because they lead to premarital sex, and that makes sense in the old times, when contraception wasn’t as readily available, but in the modern era, where condoms are and other contraceptives are easily available, why are premartial relationships and sex prohibited? The way I see it, as long as STDs and unplanned pregnancies aren’t an issue, there doesn’t seem to be a huge problem with either premartial relationships or premartial sex. Care to explain?
