Mufti Saab, I wished to know if the following is a conditional divorce:

If a husband says to his wife, “If you want to be my wife then know what I like.”

Please respond as soon as possible

Answer:

This is not a conditional divorce.  If the wife does not know what her husband likes then the divorce will not be effective.
