We know that the Hanafis (according to what I read on this site) don’t raise their hands during the dua portion of the Friday khutba. But what do Shafi’is say about this? Should we do it or not? I haven’t been able to find an answer to this in any books.

In the Name of Allah, Most Merciful and Compassionate
It is generally recommended to raise one’s hands and say “ameen” during a du`a. This applies both during the Friday sermon and outside of it [h: since there is nothing that indicates otherwise in the Shafi`i works].
