Can diabetic people inject insulin (into their stomach) in Ramadhaan? (would it break their fast)

Does it go directly into the stomach? If yes, then no. But if it goes in other part of the body, they can take it.
I thought insulin is taken before food, so the person is going to eat anyway so why the question of legality of it anyway.
