Taking Insulin Injection While Fasting

Answered according to Hanafi Fiqh by Muftionline.co.za

Q:  Putting Insulin Injection for Diebetes on the stomach when Fasting, does it break the Fast?

Taking Insulin Injection While Fasting

A: The injection that goes directly to the stomach will break the fast. However, if the injection goes through the blood stream then the fast will remain intact.
