Yes, you get thawaab for wearing the sunnah libaas. However, for every second? I don’t know. A hadith says: “Whosoever holds on to my sunnah at the time of corruption in my ummah will get the reward of one hundred shaheed.” Allah is extremely generous; He looks at the intention in the heart and rewards according to that.
