Is RasoolUllah S.A.S present in all masjids?

Is somebody who believes that Rasoolullah (S.A.S) is hazir and nazir, and that Rasoolullah (S.A.S) is present in all masjids physically when he chooses but always spiritually, is that person considered part of Ahle Sunnat Ul Jamat?

Belief of this type is not allowed. The scholars say that this is the belief of those who do shirk.
