Is ghusl necessary due to involuntary discharge?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by ShariahBoard.org
I noticed that when I am using the bathroom, there is mazi in my urine. Sometimes the color of this is clear (mazi) sometimes the color is white (Mani/Semen). My question is do I have to do ghusl every time. This only happens when I am doing phakahan.
For secretions like these the shower doesn’t become obligatory, the shower becomes obligatory only when the sperm is ejaculated with excitement. If due to some sickness this substance is secreted before or after urination it doesn’t obligate showering.
