In our masjid there is a muazzin and a imam. but imam often not present so muazzin lead the jamat. so there is no proper intezam of the person who says takbeer. what conditions are for the person who says takbeer? and many times a boy says takbeer whose hair cut is forbidden in shariah but he have a beard do it has any effect on jamat?
Whoever is praying can also give the “iqamat”. Hence, if a person who calls adhan has to lead the prayer then he should also give “iqamat” and then lead. Small children should not be asked to do the “iqamat”.
