Gifting a bottle of wine to a non-Muslim

Q: Is it a sin if a Muslims gives a bottle of wine as a gift to a non-Muslim?

Bismillaah

A: This is haraam and a major sin. The hadith has cursed such a person.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
