can a Wali of a Ghair ‘Aaqil, give charity from the Ghair ‘Aaqil’s wealth and also can the Wali take a loan or give a loan from that wealth. please give references as well.

Answer:
According to Shari’ah, the Wali (Guardian) of an immature or Ghair Aaqil child, is not allowed to give the child’s wealth in charity, neither is he allowed to take or give a loan from this wealth. Zakaah is not compulsory on the child. (Ad-Durrul Mukhtaar, Vol. 5, Page 503)
