my brother is at nothern russian, where sunsets at about 0200 AM and sun rises at about 0400 AM. please guide on the timing of iftar and saher during ramzan?
Questioner’s brother should make arrangements to do Sehri and Ifthari in this two hours and observe Fasting in the balance time duration.
