الجواب حامدا و مصلیا

In the name of Allah, the Most Beneficent and the Most Merciful
If a person does not have capital to do business he is not allowed to do business after having obtained loans with interest as per the Shari’a, rather in such a situation he, instead of taking loans, may enter into a Mudharaba agreement, thus: he does business on money invested by a second person on a pre arranged condition of profit sharing. Or else he may find employment under someone and completely refrain from taking loans with interest.

Allah knows best.
