Two Rakat Salah with six Sajdah

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by IslamicPortal.co.uk

Is it possible for a two rakʿat Ṣalāh to be performed in a way that it has six Sajdah?

بسم الله الرحمن الرحیم

Answer

It is possible in three ways. First, if a person performs Sajdah Tilāwat in each rakʿat. Second, if the person joins the congregational prayer after rukūʿ before Sajdah, as he will repeat that rakʿat. Third, if a person performs Sajdah Sahw at the end of Ṣalāh.
