Is it Sunnah to read سُبْحَانَ الْمَلِكِ الْقُدُّوْسِ three times after Witr Ṣalāh throughout the year or only in Ramaḍān?

Answer

It is Sunnah to read سُبْحَانَ الْمَلِكِ الْقُدُّوْسِ three times after Witr Ṣalāh throughout the year.[1] This was the general habit of the Prophet ﷺ who would raise and prolong his voice the third time as reported in several authentic narrations.[2]
