Question:

What is the source of this Hadith?

ليس المؤمن الذي يبيت شبعان وجاره طاو

Answer:

Imam Bazzar (rahimahullah) has recorded this Hadith on the authority of Sayyiduna Anas (radiyallahu ‘anhu).

Sayyiduna Anas (radiyallahu ‘anhu) reported that Nabi (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said: “A [perfect/true] believer does not sleep satiated while his neighbour is hungry.”

(Musnad Bazzar, Hadith: 7429)
