Is there any authentic Hadith which says the lowest person in Jannah will have 1000 palaces and his kingdom will be 1000 years travel journey.

You are probably referring to the following authentic narration of Sayyiduna ‘Abdullah ibn Mas’ud (radiyallahu ‘anhu) wherein he related regarding the last person to cross over the bridge [sirat] and gain entry into Jannah:
“The servant/assistant will say: “You will have 1000 more assistants in 1000 palaces, the distance between each palace is the distance of 1000 years….”
(Musnad Ishaq ibn Rahuyah; Refer: Al Matalibul ‘Aliyah, Hadith: 4539, Mukhtasar Ithafus Sadah Al Maharah, Hadith: 8668)
