Reciting Surah Nasr when looking at the moon of Safar

Question:

Is there any Hadith to recite Surah Nasr while or after looking at the moon of the month of Safar and then looking into a mirror after?

Answer:

I have not come across this in any primary nor in any secondary Hadith source.

This should not be quoted as a Hadith until it can be sourced and then verified.
