You are probably referring to the following Hadith recorded in Sunan Tirmidhi, Sunan Ibn Majah and other Hadith collections.
Sayyiduna ‘Ubaydullah ibn Mihsan (radiyallahu ‘anhu) reported that Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said: “Whoever among you wakes up in the morning safe in his dwelling/among his family, healthy in his body, having his food for the day, then it is as if the world in its totality has been gathered for him.”
