The number of ‘Arab Ambiya

Question:

Which Hadith speaks about the number of ‘Arab prophets?

Answer:

Imam Ibn Hibban (rahimahullah) has recorded a narration which states that four Ambiya were from the ‘Arabs; Hud (‘alayhis salam), Shu’ayb (‘alayhis salam), Salih (‘alayhis salam) and Muhammad (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam).
