Question
What is the reference and authenticity of the following Hadith regarding Sayyiduna ‘Abdullah ibn Rawahah (radiyallahu ‘anhu) and is it suitable to quote? Is there a narration in which a different Sahabi is mentioned in this incident?
عن عائشة، أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم جلس على المنبر يوم الجمعة، فلما جلس قال: اجلسوا ، فسمع عبد الله بن رواحة قول النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم: اجلسوا، فجلس في بني غنم، فقيل: يا رسول الله ذاك ابن رواحة جالس في بني غنم، سمعك وأنت تقول للناس: اجلسوا ، فجلس في مكانه

Imam Tabarani (rahimahullah) has recorded the Hadith you have cited in Al Mu’jamul Awsat.
(Al Mu’jamul Awsat, Hadith: 9124)
‘Allamah Haythami (rahimahullah) has declared a narrator weak. However, the Hadith is corroborated and is suitable to quote.

I have not come across mention of any other Sahabi for the narration in question.
Imam Hakim and others have recorded a similar incident regarding Sayyiduna ‘Abdullah ibn Mas’ud (radiyallahu ‘anhu). However, the context of this version is different.
