What is the meaning of jallalah?

Answer

Imams Tirmidhi and Abu Dawud (rahimahumallah) have recorded this narration on the authority of Sayyiduna ‘Abdullah ibn ‘Umar (radiyallahu ‘anhuma).

(Sunan Tirmidhi, Hadith: 1824, Sunan Abi Dawud, Hadith: 3779)

Jallalah refers to animals that consume filth/dung.

(Tuhfatul Ahwadhi, Hadith: 1824)

Translation

Nabi (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) prohibited eating an animal that consumes filth or drinking its milk
