A reward for reciting Quran after Fajr

Is the following narration authentic?

“One who recites the Holy Quran looking inside after Fajr salah and reads one hundred verses gets a reward as large as the entire world”

Answer

Imam Ghazali (rahimahullah) and others have cited this narration without a chain of narrators as the statement of ‘Umar ibn Maymun (rahimahullah) a Tab’ut Tabi’i, and not as a Hadith of Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam).

(Ihya ‘Ulumid Din, vol. 2 pg. 263, Al Mustatraf, vol. 1 pg. 36. Also see Ithafus Sadah Al Muttaqin, vol. 4 pg. 467)

And Allah Ta’ala Knows best.
