Prohibition against using the right hand for istinja

Is this Hadith authentic?

عن عبد الله بن أبي قتادة عن أبيه أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم نهى أن يمس الرجل ذكره بيمينه

Sayyiduna Abu Qatadah (radiyallahu ‘anhu) narrated that Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) prohibited that a man should touch his private part with his right hand.”

Answer

Imam Tirmidhi (rahimahullah) has recorded these words and has declared it authentic (hasanun sahih).

(Sunan Tirmidhi, Hadith: 15)

Imams Bukhari and Muslim (rahimahumallah) have also recorded the narration with variation in the wording.

(Sahih Bukhari, Hadith: 153-154, 5630 and Sahih Muslim, Hadith: 267)

And Allah Ta’ala Knows best.
