Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by HadithAnswers.com

What is the status of this narration

Answer

This Hadith is recorded by Imam Bazzar (rahimahullah) on the authority of Sayyiduna Hurayrah (radiyallahu’anhu).

‘Allamahs Mundhiri and Haythami (rahimahumallah) have declared the chain as sound (hasan) (despite Imam Bazzar’s reservation).

‘Allamah Haythami (rahimahullah) has also pointed out the many other supports for it as well. These supports further strengthen the narration in question.

Translation

Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (radiyallahu’anhu) reports that Rasulullah (sallallahu’alayhi wasallam) said:

‘Salah has three parts; Purification, the ruku’ and the sajdah. Whoever fulfills it like it ought to be, will have his Salah as well as all other deeds accepted. He whose Salah is rejected, will have all his other deeds rejected too.

And Allah Ta’ala Knows best,
