Patience in relation to Din

What is the reference of this Hadith:

Verily, patience is to faith as the head is to the body. If the head is cut, the body will perish.

This is recorded in the following sources as the statement of Sayyiduna ‘Ali (radiyallahu’anhu):

Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah, Hadith: 31079, 35645 and Shu’abul Iman of Bayhaqi, Hadith: 40.
