What is the authenticity of the following?
Nabi (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) would recite four rak’ahs after the sun moves from it’s zenith, before Zuhr and he said, “This is a time when the doors of the sky are opened, so I love that a righteous deed should be raised up for me in it.”
Answer:
Imam Tirmidhi (rahimahullah) has recorded this narration on the authority of Sayyiduna ‘Abdullah ibn Saib (radiyallahu ‘anhuma). He has declared the Hadith sound (hasan).
