An unreliable narration about the right of ‘Ali (radiyallahu ‘anhu) over this Ummah

Is this Hadith authentic?

حق علي بن أبي طالب على هذه الأمة كحق الوالد على ولده

Answer:

Imam Daylami (rahimahullah) has recorded this narration on the authority of Sayyiduna Jabir (radiyallahu ‘anhu). However the chain consists of a liar and a Rafidi (extremist Shi’i). The Hadith is not suitable to quote.

Translation

The right of ‘Ali ibn Abi Talib (radiyallahu ‘anhu) over this ummah is like the right a father enjoys over his child.

And Allah Ta’ala Knows best.
