Sajda e sahw

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Fatwaa.com

If i recite alhamad mistakenly before atahiyat in last sitting and
then do sajda e sahw…after sajda e sahw if i again mistakenly recite
alhamad before atahiya do i need to do sajda e sahw again or my prayer is
valid without it.

Answer

Wa’alaykum as Salam wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuhu,

Sajda Sahw is only performed once in a prayer. If a person makes a mistake after performing Sajda Sahw, he does not need to make Sajda Sahw again. The initial Sajda Sahw will suffice for the error performed thereafter, and the Salah will be valid.
