Does facial bleaching when in Haidh affects wudu as the colour of the hair changes while she is impure.
Answer:
In the name of Allah, the most Beneficent, the most Merciful.
There is nothing wrong in bleaching the facial hair in the state of Haidh (menses) as one is lightening the facial hairs and not removing them.
Regarding your second question, it depends on whether the bleach is waterproof or not. If it is waterproof, wudhu and ghusl will not be permissible, however, if the water reaches the skin and the roots of the hair then the wudhu and ghusl would be complete. (Fatawa Rahimiyah p.146 v.7 & p.93 v.8)
