Is it permissible to join the Super Affiliate Network scheme

Question

Assalamualaikum

I am an online business owner, and I’m being invited to join this top tier affiliate program called the super affiliate network.

This is not an MLM company or some pyramid scheme, this is a top tier affiliate program that allows you to earn high ticket commissions from product sales within the system.

So once you have completed the steps, you get to promote the super affiliate network system, every time you refer someone, and he purchases a product while going through the training steps, you earn a commission.

Now, these commissions range from $20 up to $3000, because these products are high ticket products, and these are presented to the customer while he’s completing his training steps.

(Purchasing any of these products and high ticket upsells are optional).

With these upsells, they get extra high-quality products and certain underground online training, also they qualify to earn commissions on these products.

whenever they purchase any products which will be presented to them while going through the steps, you earn a commission.

Now they are approximately 6 products, if you have purchased all of them, you will earn commissions on all of them whenever one of your team member purchases any of these products.

But just say, you purchased the first 3 products and didn’t purchase the last 3 products because it was too expensive, when any one of your customer who you referred purchases all 6 products(While going through the training steps), you will earn commissions on the first 3 products but not on the last 3 products, the last 3 product commissions will be passed up to your sponsor because you don’t qualify due to not having access to the products.

In other words, to qualify for commissions, you have to have access to the products which is only possible by purchasing, otherwise the commissions will be passed up to your sponsor.

This is what I have understood so far by reading certain articles about this online opportunity, you could find out more on this by doing your research

I want to know, Is it halal for me to join this online business system to earn money?

Bear in mind that the money you earn as commissions is from product sales and not from recruiting, so every time you promote the system, and someone purchases the product, you earn a percentage.

I need to know the answer urgently, as a couple of my friends have already joined, and telling me to come on board

Thousands of people have already joined this, this is a real opportunity for people to get out of financial stress.

I’m also seeing my friends and business associates very successful with this program

Please get back to me ASAP as I’m desperate in joining this opportunity, especially after seeing my friends and associates getting incredible results with this

After searching the website you have provided and researching the net I have not been able to locate a formal or explicit business model ‘the super affiliate network’.

Therefore I am unable to provide an informed verdict about the permissibility or impermissibility of the business.

If you are able to provide a website explicitly explaining the business model please contact Darul Ifta Birmingham and we will be able to look into it Inshallah.
