Using a Scented Pad in Ihram

Question

If a woman mistakenly uses a scented pad (for her period) during ihram, would that necessitate dam?


بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمنِ الرَّحِيْم


In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

If the pad was heavily scented, then dam should be given. In the case of a light scented pad, then sadaqah should be given.[1]
