In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Answer:

You pronounced the word talaq once, which is considered as a revocable divorce. This means your wife has not yet become unlawful for you and you have time to revoke your divorce before your wife gives birth.

If you do not revoke your divorce by that time, then she’ll become unlawful for you, and you can only live with her again after you perform nikah again. Revoking (ruju’) can be done by either explicitly saying statements like: ‘I revoke you’ or by other means like kissing, touching lustfully, or being intimate. [1][2]
