Answer
(Fatwa: 2244/1837=B/1429)
(1) It is not correct to call Azan before the time of salah, if it has been called, it should be called again within the time before offering salah:
(2) The Azan called before time should be called again within the time, it will not be repeated after the time passes.
(3) There will be no effect on salah, the salah will be valid; however one will be sinner for abandoning the Sunnah.
(4) The objective of ringtone is to inform that a person wants to talk, so for getting this information, it is wrong to use Quranic verses or Azan, rather it is a kind of desecration to these sacred words, so it will not be right to use them. One should set up simple ringtone in his mobile, having no voice of music, song etc.
(5) Those parsads are offered to the idols, so it is unlawful consume them.
