I wanted to know that is doing a job in banking and financial sector is prohibited in islam? While there are lots of opportunities for muslim youths.

Doing a job in bank or financial sector where one has to write, read and calculate interest is Haram (unlawful) according to Shariah. Muslims should not do such jobs.
And, if the job does not involve any kind of interest then clarify the situation and submit the question again.
