Asalamikum, Hope u r fine by the grace of Almighty Allah mufti sahib, my question is my elder sister took khula nearly seven years back and she has a daughter everything was fine she did not marry again and from past some years she is in love with a person who is already married and has four children and some how his wife came to know about my sister and her husband relation and fought with him,and their husband and wife relation got spoiled they do not talk to each other.now the problem is that he cant marry my sister because this will not be tolerated by his wife or her family so he is telling my sister that without marriage we can be husband and wife as we cant marry openly. Is this possible by islamic way.Do they need any Gaway (witness),is Gaway (witness)important without that is it not possible to marry secretly pl give answer to my question.From starting only he is a not ready to marry openly.But my sister loves him very-much that person also love her as he says. She says that i don’t want anything from you only give your name and the relation can be hallal.As my sister owns her own business so money wise she is independent she does not want any money from him. says.Please guide them and solution for the problem we are very disturbed and in tension.

It is unlawful and haram for both to love each other in this way, and no Nikah will take place without legal witnesses according to Shariah. If, according to Shariah, there is no hindrance, then ask the sister to live with him after valid Nikah, otherwise to keep away from him completely.
