I woke up in the morning and offered fajar prayer in the mosque after doing ablution.Later I came to know that I had a nightfall.I want to know whether I have to repeat the prayer and is any sin in offering prayer witout gusul while not being aware of it.

Yes, you have to remake your Fajr salah;وجد فی ثوبہ منیاً او بولاً اعاد من آخر احتلام و بول و رعاف (الدر المختار مع الشامی 1/378), but you will not be sinful for praying the salah in ignorance with impurity since the Prophet (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) said: ‘My Ummah will not be answerable for the actions they commit in ignorance’.
