My question is, as I do not have cash to pay zakah of my wife jewellery so for next year, can we sell some portion of gold to come out from sahib-e-nisab.

The wife alone is responsible to pay the zakah of her jewelleries which is in her possession. If your wife sells some jewelleries and pays zakah with it and comes out of nisab then she may do so. Likewise she also may come out of nisab by selling some jewelleries for any other purpose.
