Need wudhu to read Quran on laptop? Ulama’s view? Rewards affected?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
I usually read Quran in my laptop. I always prefer to be in wudhu while reading it through laptop or mobile. My questions are: (1) Is it must to be in wudhu while reading the holy Quran from laptop?
(2) Which is a reflection as stated by Ulama?
(3) Will the hasanat (reward) be decreased while reading it without wudhu from laptop?

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

(Fatwa: 1431/1081/H=10/1434)

If the holy Quran is visible on laptop screen it is not lawful to touch the screen without wudhu. If you recite watching the laptop without wudhu and do not touch it or touch but with hands covered with handkerchief then it is allowable. It is also obvious that in case of reciting with wudhu you would receive more reward than reciting without wudhu.
