Q: Can a husband have intercourse with his wife when her menses are just finished but she has not yet taken the ghusal bath?

A:If her menses finished after 10 days then he can have intercourse with her before she takes a ghusl. If her menses finished when it normally finishes every month then he cannot have intercourse with her until she takes a ghusl or a salaah becomes qadhaa upon her. Bahishti Zewar
