Q: If during praying a salaat, the time for that salaat expires, I read that according to Abu Hanifa the prayer will not be valid, is this true? And has one to be repeat the salaah as a qadha in such instance?
A:If while reading a fardh salaah the time expires one should complete that salaah and it will be valid. It does not have to be repeated. However fajr salaah will be invalid and has to be repeated.
