Woman in haidh or nifaas coming near the mayyit

Q: I read in Bahishti Zewar that a woman with haidh or nifaas should not stay near the mayyit. What if someone exothermally close passes away? Should the lady not come near the mayyit?

Bismillaah

A: She may view the mayyit and then sit at a slight distance from the mayyit.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
